Overview

Vision Studio ("Vision Studio", "we", "us") is a video advertising and creative studio based in Kokomo, Indiana. We help businesses grow through video ads, landing pages and paid advertising on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, fill out one of our forms, take one of our online quizzes, or submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to the landing pages and lead forms we operate.

By using this site or sending us your information, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We only collect information that we need in order to respond to you and provide our services.

Information you give us directly:

  • Contact details such as your name, email address and phone number.
  • Business details such as your business name, website, industry, city and state.
  • What you are looking for, such as your monthly advertising budget, your timeline, and your answers to the questions on our inquiry forms and online quizzes.
  • Anything you type into a message field, plus any photos or files you choose to upload.

Information from Meta lead forms on Facebook and Instagram:

  • If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram for one of our ads, Meta passes us the details you agreed to share. This usually includes your name, email address and phone number, along with any custom questions the form asked you.
  • We receive that information through Meta’s lead ads tools and use it only to follow up about the service the ad was promoting.

Information collected automatically:

  • Standard technical information such as your IP address, browser, device type, the pages you view, the site or ad you arrived from, and campaign tracking parameters in the link you clicked.
  • Cookie and pixel identifiers, described in the cookies and pixels section below.

Booking information: if you book a call with us, we receive the name, email address, phone number and appointment details you enter, together with anything you write in the booking notes.

How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

  • Contact you about our marketing, video advertising and studio services, including answering your questions and following up on your request.
  • Review your answers so we know whether our services are a good fit and what to discuss with you.
  • Provide, schedule and deliver the services you ask us for.
  • Send service updates and, where you have opted in, occasional marketing emails or text messages.
  • Measure how our ads and landing pages perform and improve them.
  • Keep records, prevent fraud and abuse of our forms, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to those listed here, and we do not make automated decisions about you that would have a legal or similarly significant effect.

Cookies, pixels and advertising technology

Our website and landing pages use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use our pages and to measure and improve our advertising.

  • The Meta Pixel is a short piece of code supplied by Meta. It tells us when someone who saw or clicked one of our ads visits a page or submits a form, and it lets Meta show our ads to people with similar interests.
  • We may also use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand traffic and page performance.
  • Cookies also help us remember which campaign brought you to a page, so we can credit the right ad.

You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can manage how Meta uses information about you for advertising in your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences, and Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. If you block cookies, some parts of this site may not work as intended.

We do not control the cookies Meta or Google set once you leave our site. Their own privacy policies apply to the information they collect there.

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties so they can market their own products to you.

We share information only in these limited situations:

  • Service providers that run our business, such as our website hosting, email, scheduling, advertising and customer record tools. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
  • Advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, to the extent described in the cookies and pixels section above.
  • If you submit a form through a landing page we operate for one of our clients, your information is shared with that client so their team can follow up with you.
  • When the law requires it, or when we believe in good faith that it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of you or someone else.
  • If our business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner, who must continue to honour this policy.

How long we keep information

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. In practice that means while we are in contact with you or working together, plus any period we are required to keep records for tax, accounting or legal reasons. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

If you ask us to delete your information, we do so as described below.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us at any time to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
  • Ask us to delete your information.
  • Ask us to stop contacting you, or to opt out of marketing messages.

To opt out of marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send, or simply reply asking us to stop. To opt out of marketing texts, reply STOP. You will still receive messages directly related to a service you have asked us for.

If you live in a state with its own privacy law, such as the Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act or the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have additional rights, including the right to know, correct and delete your information and to opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. We will never treat you differently for exercising these rights.

How to request deletion

To have your personal information deleted, email us with the subject line "Privacy Request" and include the name, email address and phone number you used when you contacted us, so we can locate your records.

We will confirm that we received your request, verify that it is really you, and delete the information from our active systems, usually within 30 days. We will also ask the service providers who hold information on our behalf to delete it. We may keep a limited record of the request itself, and information we are legally required to retain, such as invoices for completed work.

If you submitted a lead form for one of our clients, we will pass your deletion request to that client as well.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, and reputable service providers. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reports of problems seriously and act on them quickly.

Children

Our site and services are intended for adults running a business. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

Our site may link to other websites, including our clients’ websites and social media pages. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we recommend reading their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will make that clear here. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated policy.
